Heather Wheeler MP said: “What a lovely idea and how impressive. Not only does this firm take its corporate social responsibility seriously, it also enables employees to celebrate successful fundraising by organising a day such as this. I enjoyed meeting everyone and congratulating them on the good work they are supporting. All three charities support children who are vulnerable or ill or dying.”
Martin Fitzpatrick, Joint Managing Director, Truma UK Ltd said: “It was immensely humbling to hear from each of the charities on the work they do for children. The past two years have been difficult for us all because of the covid pandemic and its after effects but as a family owned business we understand we have a role within our community to fulfil. The dedication and hard work of our staff have meant the business is in a great position to be able to give something back and the three charities we have chosen to support are fantastic organisations who make huge differences to children’s lives."
