Heather recently visited St Georges CE Primary school in Church Gresley to address the school at their Assembly.
Heather says:
“It is always an honour to be asked to address an Assembly and in this lovely primary school it was interesting to be asked our local Community and how to improve it. The pupils asked me so many questions and their enthusiasm was overwhelming. As well as locally they all were interested in my day-to-day life in Westminster. I hope they will come and visit later in the year.
“I was very grateful for the invitation to meet the pupils and Head, Mrs Kim Millar, we had a really useful conversation about issues the school were facing and, hearing about the improvement to the school buildings and experience of the pupils.”
