Heather Wheeler MP recently visited the Hargate Equestrian Centre to meet with owner, Carol Smith, and other members of the Hargate team. She was given a tour of their top-class livery yard, riding school and training centre. The Hargate Equestrian Centre are proud to hold the top 5* rating award under the Animal Welfare Regulations 2018 for the hiring out of Horses.
Heather also met with their Changing Lives Through Horses representatives and some of the students currently enjoying the programme. This initiative has recently become a key element of the Hargate Equestrian Centre and has had a powerful positive impact on the many children who benefit from the transformative power of working with horses.

It was brilliant to witness first hand the hard work that goes in to providing the community with such a beautiful and well-equipped space for any who might be wanting to get outside and enjoy horses, whether that be for competition or relaxation.
